Independent filmmaker and Italian Prince Tao Ruspoli, recovering from a highly public divorce, embarks on a journey to explore love, sex, and monogamy by speaking with relatives, advice columnists, psychologists, historians, anthropologists, artists, philosophers, sex workers, sex therapists, and ordinary couples. Through these conversations, he uncovers insights into his unconventional family and the historical and psychological aspects of love and marriage, leading him to challenge the concept of monogamy and the conventional family values associated with it.
